Before anything else: use a personal device.
Do not use a work laptop, a work phone, a work email address, or the company wifi. Employers can see browsing on equipment and networks they own, and that is how most people are identified, long before any case begins.
Confidential report
Tell us what you saw.
Maybe you have seen false billing, services that were never delivered, or contracts that were not honoured. If money was taken from a government program, there is a law written for exactly that situation, and there are attorneys whose entire practice is built on it.
You do not need to know whether it counts. You do not need documents, legal words, or a complete story. Answering a few questions is enough to start.

How this works
- Eight short questions, one at a time. Most take a sentence.
- Nothing is sent until you press send on the last screen. You can close this tab at any point and nothing leaves your browser.
- We ask who you are, and we keep it confidential. This is not an anonymous form, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Nothing you tell us reaches a law firm unless you say yes to that specific firm, in that specific case.
Press Esc twice at any time, or use Quick exit at the top right, to leave immediately. Both send you straight to weather.gov and replace this page in your browser history rather than adding to it.
